ARCHITECTURE

The architectural goal we offer is to achieve a bespoke approach for every project. This resulted in better spaces, a better experience and better places.

Asian/Scandinavian modern architecture

Harmonious, bright Zen inspired villa located in Nueva Andalucia with stunning sea and mountain views. With an appealing modern design of materials with nature as reflected elements blended into a twist of scandinavian and asian minimalistic design. The villa has an impressive ceiling height of 8m adorned with wooden panels and special light instalations. This is unique, luxuorius house with a consistently high standars where every surface is well thought out. The house is surrounded by a cosy garden with bbq area and heated pool.

Parisian Brasserie in Costa del Sol

Puerto Banus, Marbella -In one of Europe's most exclusive areas, we welcome this French Brasserie that we designed on behalf of a client. With a feeling of being in a Mediterranean garden surrounded by citrus trees, local stone materials such as beautiful marble, exclusive walnut wood, clay sculptures made by local artists and of course the Parisian stucco that adorns walls and ceilings with a touch of a modern industrial feeling. Just as it should feel when Paris comes to Marbella.

Elegant Way of Serving The Burger

Upcoming elegant, industrial style Hamburger restaurant. With architecture features that stands out. Interior signature elements include the use of a range of raw materials, textures and purposeful lighting.

With a future gathering spot for gourmands who came for rare gastronomic experiences. Located in impressive round shaped bull fighting arena. In one of  the exclusive spots in Puerto Banus, Marbella.

Outdoor Paradise

This elegant terrace project is based on natural tones and fabrics that creates an idyllic atmosphere in the garden. Wooden elements, textiles and plants are combined with an adequate lightening, customized furniture and accessories. The idea was to divide this place into the zones with different functiones. We have a dining area, lounge area and space to relax and sit on a hammock. The terrace is covered by construction made of wood and glass that allows using the space also on rainy days.

Impressive Compact Living Spaces of 30m2

Attefallshus is the Swedish name of small houses build in a 25m2 from March 2020 30m2. The additional houses have a height of maximum 4 meters. They can be built without any building permission along with the existing house on the plot.

It’s challenging to create and design compact houses which meet the requirements with intelligent and space saving interior solutions.

We have together with the distribution company called Attefallsteamet developed several attefalls houses. Here is the result…

Natural Tones and Peaceful Feeling

Project of the modern home Spa in a swedish villa. The main idea was to create a relaxing and exclusive feeling. To achieve that goal we used natural, high quality materials and tones which contrast with a strong accent in the form of black frames.

Well-Designed Andalusian Paradise

Our Andalusian villa is located on the hills of the exclusive area Marbella, Spain. The villa has been totally reformed and has breathtaking views of the surrounded landscape filled with greenery, mountains and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

By including the natural elements and balancing the existing shapes of the landscape our design vision “connect with nature” was clear in the very early stage.

Materials that age well, such as concrete, wood and natural stone, are a resolute favourite with the firm as is creating fluidity between indoor and outdoor design. It also uses each project site to influence design decisions so that spaces become elegantly rooted in their surroundings.

Beauty Clinic In The Heart of Stockholm

Private plastic surgery/ beauty clinic located in the center of Stockholm City. We wanted to create an ambiance that was elegant, calm and inviting with a “livingroom feeling”.

As a professional clinic providing different proceedures to patients visiting from all over the world, there were many restriction to be taken into account. Space, proportion, and light where primary concerns in the project.

We used natural elements such as wood floors that cover most public spaces. The fabric on the furniture are soft and durable with calm colors..

We delivered a modern clinic where the focus of the design was simplicity, cleanliness and an absence of decor or detailing to create a place that feels like home…

Cosy Apartment in the Secret Garden

This two-bedroom apartment is located in exclusive area of Puerto Banus in a historical old hotel building with a large garden inside the complex.

We wanted to combine the modern and industrial design and create a cosy apartment. The light colours used on the walls created an airy space with depth, while the warmth of the wood, rugs and accent lighting allude to an inviting and comforting abode, brimming with style.

To create more natural illumination we demolished various walls and extended with larger windows. These faced the beautiful eucalyptus trees that are found in the garden.
