Mona Simone
Interior architect | Head of Design
Bachelor ́s degree in Interior architecture from
Middlesex University and certification as Feng Shui consultant from the Nordic school of Feng Shui. Mona is dedicated to creating harmonious environments that enhance the quality of life. She believes in the power of design to transform spaces and enrich experiences. Mona’s keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every project resonates with the client’s vision.

Sam Shaje
Project Manager
Sam has studied construction and architecture for 3 years at CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, Spain. Sam also has several years of experience in the real estate industry and founded Marbella Estate Group. With Sam’s expertise with one foot in the real estate industry and the other in architecture, he knows what is in demand in the market. Together with his team, he creates the best opportunities for both investors and clients looking for their dream property.
Kasia Wilk
Interior Architect / CG Artist
A graduate of the Interior and Spatial Design Department at the Polytechnic University of Milan, she has gained experience working at renowned design firms such as Fabio Novembre and SMARCH Architects in Milan. Her interior projects, as well as architectural designs, have been widely recognized in prestigious interior design magazines and other publications, including the book Design Dreams: Virtual Interior and Architectural Environments, published by Chronicle Books in 2023.
Sam Shaje
Architect / Head of Architecture
A graduate of the Architecture Department at Zagazig University and the Interior and Spatial Design Department at the Polytechnic University of Milan. Since 2017, his expertise was focused on luxury residential projects, carried out in collaboration with Studio Collessi in Milan. Since 2019, a project manager at Serapioni Progetti in Turin. Currently associated with Marbella Design Group, where he focuses on both residential and commercial projects.
